The practice offers in-house merchandise for glasses and contacts, and patients are thrilled with their care, making it their new favorite eye care office.
I have started back with my eye care here again. Recently though, I have had to leave voice-mails for my request for my eye scripts 2 times now. The first time was weeks ago! I figured id try again today. I really hope this time they do get my request. I've left them my email to send it to...left them my name and phone number. I love them thus far but I feel like the requests are lacking. Sorry, this is the only reason for my 4 star.
I spoke to Shantel and got an apointment to be seeing right away. Thank you Shantel for returning my call in a timely manner. I am back today for a dilation of my eyes met with Shawntel and Carmen very lovely ladies. I am very excited to wear my new glasses. It's a pleasure to meet all the staff members, Dr. Maria Diaz the ophthalmologist made me feel comfortable from the beginning to the end she waa very informative and awesome.This is my new favorite eye care office.Thank you,
I have been treating with Dr. Diaz for many years. Her staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I particularly like that the office offers the state-of-the-art innovations in eye care. Particularly, I am someone who requires being dilated annually and I no longer have to do that with manual drops. Dr. Diaz has equipment that allows electronic scanning of the eye to Avoid a day of large pupils and bluriness. The office is clean and new. It also has in-house merchandise for glasses and contacts. I am Very happy with my care at envision, and I will certainly continue to be a patient.
