In October, I booked a makeup appointment for a wedding. Unfortunately, Jocelyn had to cancel as she was sick. She was super apologetic, refunded my deposit and gave me a discount code for another appointment.
Fast forward to March when I had another event and remembered I had the code. I booked the appointment and am so glad I did!! Jocelyn took time to listen while I explained what I was looking for and definitely delivered! She was never rushed!! Went to Jocelynn for my first professional lash lift and am so happy with the results! Jocelynn's customer service is excellent, she explained all the steps beforehand and throughout the process, had a great playlist going and good vibes all around. I asked for something more natural and she was able to achieve a lovely, subtle lift. I feel so pretty and I can't wait to go back!
