Avis rented me a vehicle that made it 10 miles before it went into limp mode on August 18th. Avis dispatched QCC to tow me from I-91 SB, they arrived quickly and picked myself and the car. Kudos to QCC and the tow truck driver Freddie who responded quickly and removed me from the unsafe narrow shoulder of the highway.
Called Volvo oncall service and they took care of getting Quality Car Care. I was in Windsor Locks and they got to me in forty-five minutes. My last 2 calls to Triple A were hours and hours. I will use Quality over Triple A any time. Thanks guys.
Just received our car (in tow) from Quality Car Care. They towed it for AAA.
Very pleased with the gentlemen and he kept me informed when he picked up the car
and when he dropped it off. Thank you for your efforts!
