I went for the first time last week. I was immediately impressed by the thorough wash. She took her time and it felt amazing while sitting on chairs that felt like clouds. I never received a wash like that. She also deep conditioned my hair. I was pleased with outcome and very reasonably priced!! Can't wait to go back. Service- Natural hair /Straighten
