“I hired Serra & Associates a couple months ago after I went through 3 different accountants that drastically failed my business. The prior accountants had let things slide, become disorganized, mischarged us for services that weren't done and even left us in a position where we owed tons of money without realizing it due to poor communication.
I reached out to Serra & Associates as I had known the owner as a child, but didn't think of them off the bat since they aren't located close to my business, but I am SO glad I called them. They took everything over, had a very thorough phone consult when I hired them. Their rates have been extremely reasonable and they are on top of EVERYTHING. We have daily communications and Colynn especially has been outstanding in going above and beyond expectations to meet my business needs and explain things I may not understand. I wish I had used them first, but now feel very comfortable and confident my business is in good hands. 5 stars, highly recommend and don't bother going anywhere else.
