Command has provided excellent customer service for us. My experience has always been positive. Responsive, professional customer service, on time, and a great team over all. I would recommend them without hesitation. Thank you guys for always being so responsive.
EDITED REVIEWThe owner (?) reached out a few hours after I posted the original review and made the situation right. I am still not very impressed overall, but I give them credit for trying to rectify the issues.ORIGINALEver since my local alarm company was acquired by Command Corporation, we have had recurring billing issues and poor customer service. Just today I received a bill for February 2021 that has already been paid, but when I called to discuss, nobody answered the phone - as usual. I would recommend that anyone looking for an alarm company to go with a nationally-recognized name such as ADT and avoid Command Corporation.
I've been working with Command Corp for 2 years now and I know why. Every time I call in or talk to the staff there they are on top of it and know how to handle the situations that I present to them.I have worked with them on big and small and have not been disappointed and you won't be either.
