Very good customer service. Very good selection of frames and with insurance you can get a really good deal. Although, I went back to get fit for contacts and the doctor was very frustrated and had no patience for my situation (got fit with 3 different type of contacts because my eyes kept being uncomfortable) and he sort of gave up and told me contacts aren't for me. Was very disappointing with that. I'd go back there for glasses because my insurance gives me a good deal and they have new tech for eye exams (no air blowing machine, it's some sort of laser instead) but not for contacts.
