I contacted four roofing companies for estimates. Paul at Covone was the most prompt and the most responsive to questions. He explained the process and gave a full description of the materials. Throughout the roofing, Paul sent photos of the removal, new ice and water shield, and shingles. The work around the chimney is solid and the leaks have stopped. Also--the cleanup was amazing. No shingles or nails left behind! This roof has to withstand wind and rain coming off Long Island Sound, and my family is now confident it will do that!!
Covone cleaned our gutters matching a competitors price. Even did the garage which was not included in the estimate. Additionally, we suspected another company was scamming us, claiming they had cleaned the gutters and we now needed to call and pay with a credit card. Covone took time-stamped photos before they did the work to prove they had not been done. Thanks Covone – and Dylan – for the photos and extra work.
I have used Covone Restoration, both, on my commercial site and residential. They have been incredibly responsive to any issues that I have had with roofing/leaking issues and helped me enormously over the last two years. We usually deal with Dylan who is one of the most respectful and honest contractors I have ever used and who will carry on the family tradition for years to come very successful. Two weeks ago my house had a horrible leak causing dripping onto the bedroom ceiling from the attic. Dylan showed up immediately and was honest enough to apprise us of how simple the fix would be instead of making it into major project. I highly recommend their services!!
