Brendan helped my husband and I purchase a house last month, and I cannot say enough great things about him. We fell in love with a house that was already pending, and when that fell out of escrow, he immediately jumped on it and got us into see it in 48 hours!It's ours now, and Brendan was a big help in getting it. There were some scary decisions to make. Brendan offered his thoughts, but never tried to sway us to his way of thinking or pressured us for a quick answer.He has a relaxed, honest nature and never made me feel like I was working with a sleezy sales guy. Over the past 6 years I have worked with Loni Wright. She has been nothing short of amazing. After a few years we bought our home in 2019, then we decided to sell in 2020 due to needing more room for our children. Loni made our experience in house hunting less stressful. She answered all our questions, she was always responsive. We looked at over 16 house and began to get worried that we wouldn’t find something that we were in love with, she kept our hopes high and we found our home! I would recommend Loni 1000 times over!
