Amended: sometimes you have a rough experience and the company never recovers, but not in this case. Columbia Ford recovered from a fall like an olympic gymnast. I left the dealership without everything "they owed" and communication afterward was spotty at best. Once the manager got involved, he treated my wife like a queen and exceeded any expectations we previously had, even letting her work from an office while her car got the extras installed. A+ service, and worth a second chance if you ever felt disappointed.

Stopped by after Parts Dept had already closed. Desperately needed a part as my son had his truck pulled apart. Dale rummaged around and found the part for me, when he easily could have said to come back on Monday. Blown away by the customer service, thank you!

Although I did not buy my Kia from here, I have gotten some work done at this dealership. The staff has always been super nice and made me feel welcome. The concept of the restaurant is unique and keeps you entertained while waiting. I have heard good things about the restaurant but have yet to try it. They did mention things that may need to be done next time but it was very pricey, and I am not quite sure I actually need that servicing. Otherwise, it has been a decent experience with them.
