He gave us a verbal estimate and followed up with a detailed written estimate which included all he had noted and addressed verbally. The cost was the same as his verbal estimate.

Installation took place on the date and time as scheduled. The workers were neat, courteous and professional. They answered questions asked and completed the job in one day.
