Needed my old leaky kitchen faucet and sprayer switched out. Called Roto to do a 1 for 1 switch. I purchased my replacement faucet myself. Call center was pleasant, appointment window was flexible. Sage came out within the designated time period, very pleasant, insightful and did the job. Easy peasy. Price was reasonable especially in the economic climate we are in. Definitely would use Roto again. Beats chasing down a plumber who picks and chooses only big projects.
