I had an issue with the switch/dial with my City Grill after the warranty expired. I contacted customer service and they were prompt, courteous, and helpful. Frank P tried to help with the problem over the phone but eventually took care of the matter quickly when the bottom section of the grill was sent to them. It's a solid product backed up by great people and service. Thank you!

The G2 Grill is absolutely amazing for indoor grilling, particularly when you live in an apartment and space is at a premium! The product is beautifully designed, and simply works the way it is supposed to. Also can't beat that these are made in the USA! The team at Kenyon is also friendly, attentive, and committed to their product, which is an added bonus!
