The Center is absolutely Amazing! I’m a beginner who suffers severely with fibromyalgia, and while intimidating this has been some of the best practice I’ve ever had in my life. It’s helped reducing my pain and it’s helping lift my mood. The teachers are so thoughtful and attentive and caring, and explain everything so that I am able to understand what the position is and why I’m doing it and how it’s going to help me. Its a very welcoming space. Clean and the yogis are helpful. I’m a beginner do to me this is important. I go to the Guilford location. Great idea being in a complex that is based on wellness
