Jon Claude was an amazing find! He answered his office phone late on a Saturday in the summer... how refreshing. I was desperately looking for a power adapter for my 7-year old laptop as I was traveling in CT and accidentally left mine in TX. Jon Claude went scrounging through his supply of old hardware and was able to find a power adapter that worked. Sea Robin Tech is very dedicated, friendly and focused on customer service.

I called in a panic thinking I had a virus on my computer and left a message. I received a call shortly after and was told he could come to my home to do the repair as soon as I got home from an errand. As promised, I called to let him know I was home and he was here within 15 minutes. My computer is now working and I have Jon Claude’s cell number on speed dial! It is so good to have such a reliable and competent IT person for all my computer needs.
