We hate to use collections. We try to set up payment plans whenever possible. But there are times when we get ignored with no response. For many months. We then sadly say we must send the file to collections. Carol’s team is able to get the results that our office is not. Perhaps they are not nice about it like we are. Then again, perhaps that’s why we get ignored and they get results!
