If you want a real massage, that will actually loosen up the knots and tension, see K! I had been trying to stretch the knot in my shoulder for months and K released it in one session.

Sincerely impressed! Krenar customized the session to my body’s needs using multiple techniques. It was the most restorative massage I’ve ever received. I’m excited to go back and work a continuous therapeutic approach.

My practice is focused on the alleviation of pain through the use of massage. Although my my main focus is Thai massage to help mobilize the lower back & legs, I also offer other modalities such as hot stones, swedish, deep tissue, & other add-ons. The work that I do isn't necessarily relaxation, but if that is what the client requires, I am more than happy to accommodate.
