Wonderful and caring customer service, especially from Jordan. He took great care of my husband from out of state in Florida to his final resting place in Winthrop. Jordan handled all of our questions and concerns in a very courteous and knowledgeable manner (and we had many questions.) We truly appreciate Jordan and all of his staff at Robinson, Wright and Weymer for going above and beyond for my husband and our family.
Having never had to plan a service before (but knowing their stellar reputation) I called Jordon who made my experience seamless. I was shown on a large screen display just what my options were, all my questions were answered quickly and promptly and he was there with me every step of the way.
We used Robinson, Wright & Weymer Funeral Home when my wife died suddenly in May 2023. They were wonderful then, but we as a family, were too numb to acknowledge them at that time.
Fast forward to December 2024, I realized that I needed to plan my funeral as my wife and I never had the discussion of what she wanted. I didn't want to do that to my kids and I wanted to prepay and plan my funeral.
To be honest, in my mind, it would have been easier to go for a root canal. Dreaded the moment. I made the appointment and knew in my heart it was the right thing to do for my kids.
