OMG! Worst grooming experience. I am thoroughly dissatisfied. I have been bringing my dog to Woof Gang in Canton since they opened. Have yet to have the same groomer twice. I have given them the benefit of the doubt 5 times! Hoping the next time would be better. No such luck! I had my dog groomed today and my dog looked no different and had more knots in her fur when she was finished. I brought my dog home and had to work out knots in her ears, tail, and legs. She needed a grooming and they didn't touch up her face or feet and barely cut her body. We're not sure if her teeth were brushed or glans expressed as requested. Paid $81.89. I talked with the groomer and they were more interested in what the notes said in the computer than talking with me or addressing my concerns. Don't know if I'll be back and hesitate to recommend them again. My dog means to much to me for them to treat her like that!

Daniele was a wonderful groomer. She did a great job and trimmed Oz beautifully. I recommend her to others and thanks for the sample of Pumpkin little bites Oz loved them and he usually doesn’t like treats . So I will pick up some when I’m by your place in Avon See you soon

Baxter had his first visit for grooming today, and he looks and feels great! So happy with the ease of getting an appt ( next day!) and how friendly everyone is. Danielle did a wonderful job with him! Thank you!
