Veterinary Emergency Center
“I had an excellent experience here and was incredibly impressed with the entire team. Everyone was accommodating, kind, and genuinely helpful. There are quite a few people involved throughout the process, but what really stood out was how well they all communicate with one another. Everything felt coordinated, and I never felt like I had to repeat information or figure out who knew what.
The surgery was done impeccably, and the original quote was right on the mark — no surprises or hidden fees. I especially appreciated Dr. Leshem’s straightforward, upfront demeanor. He is clearly very skilled at what he does, but he is also personable and took the time to explain everything and answer my questions. I also felt that the pricing was more than fair, and he even found a few ways to help me out where he could, which I truly appreciated.
This is exactly the kind of personal attention that is becoming harder to find with large corporate veterinary chains. This will absolutely be my new go-to emergency veterinary practice, and I’ve already shared the recommendation with my neighbors. Hopefully we won’t need emergency veterinary care again anytime soon, but it is such a relief to know that this level of quality, skill, and compassion is right in the neighborhood.”
