My son's stylist was perfect and so kind! She cut his hair exactly like the picture he showed her. It looks amazing! She also gave our toddler pink glitter hair as a special treat with a pink ribbon. I believe her name was Dora. She was such a sweetheart and super professional and great with my kids!!!!

Shannon did an amazing job on our six year old son, Jack. She kept up a very sweet and engaging dialog which kept him occupied and no need for a screen. He had a pretty decent mop going (we are repeat customers but it had been since summer) but she gave him a great haircut and had him in and out of the chair in less than fifteen minutes.Can't say enough good things. Shannon is the best.

TLDR: get Shannon.This place has great bones - every experience will get you a nice looking place, a Disney tv show or movie on in the background, toys to play with as you wait - but your experience will vary depending on who your stylist is.I’ve been there three times. I couldn’t tell you for the life of me who was the first person, and the haircut was fine and his first at a place so I wasn’t really expecting anything. The second was not great. She recommended trying buzzers which was not successful and then continued to use them after he was having a melt down. She seemed a little frustrated at his feelings and it made me embarrassed that I couldn’t calm him...read full review
