Incredible workout! Bet is super welcoming and gives clear, concise direction. You can tell how much she loves what she does and it makes the class feel fun. I left feeling amazing and like I really worked my whole body. Will be back soon!

Bet, the owner, is amazing. Her knowledge of movements deserves 6 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. I enjoy every Sunday morning class that I can get to. Her smile, personality and lessons starts my week ahead in a great way. I’m so glad I found her studio.
