FCF is my home away from home. Jordan knows my strengths and limitations, probably better than I do. He continually guides me to keep reaching new goals. I’m slimmer and stronger in my 50’s than I’ve ever been in my whole life, and FCF is a BIG part of that. Supportive, welcoming and fun atmosphere…come and experience it!
