Had my first visit last week. I went in for a haircut. My stylist - Lana, was so gentle and she did a great job with my haircut. I didn't have more than 1hr for this appointment (evening grad school) and they were very considerate of my time and schedule while not compromising on the quality of service.

I am a true supporter of " client for life" and I stand by that because I've been coming here for over 30 years. No matter where I live in the Country I make it a point when I'm back in Ct to support Louise and her staff. My last visit I had the most amazing, relaxing, luxurious facial I've EVER had with Katie!! Trust me I've had spa & hair services around the world. So Don't let the "small town" of Cromwell fool you, Katie is a gift to her profession. BP is family to me and some of the same stylist have been here since the first day I walked in.

Absolutely love this salon. Everyone who works there is not only professional, personable and nice but they are all talented. Between my sisters and I, we've had our hair done by the majority of the stylists and have never had a bad experience. Their use of color is so natural and beautiful. Plus, they use and sell some great, quality products! COVID-19 Note: they have strict rules in place to make everyone feel safe. They take your temperature, require masks and have social distancing "footprints" throughout the store. Not to mention, it's very clean.
