I made an inquiry to Undercover Outdoors, Inc about a cover for my existing pergola. Had a sales rep visit and I identified the exact product I needed. The Sales Rep said he would get me a price quote. That was over 4 weeks ago! My phone calls and email inquiries have not been responded to! I even left message for a call from their corporate office. No response! Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service! I also contacted the company who manufactured the product I was interested in, Roll-Flex. They weren’t helpful in getting me a price quote from Undercover Outdoors or connecting me with other local distributors of the product! I guess both companies do need business!... read full review
