Jeff was totally overwhelmed by the service my property needed. He tried to make us feel like crap for asking questions and made it clear that parts of the job were beneath him. I reduced scope to two trees but he still complained. When I followed up via email to understand the balance he was rude as told me that this was the hardest he's ever worked...because I asked for an invoice!! Not customer service oriented at all. Terrible communication. Behaves like an entitle child. I do not recommend them.
