Horrible Experience and do not even waste your time unless you enjoy being taken advantage of and ripped off.I recently had a water heater install completed and to start with, It was NOT the correct model I ordered and a cheaper model was installed and I was over charged almost $300 on the water heater alone.I was quoted 3 hours labor and the job only took 1 hour and 15 minutes in total from arrival to departure.I had also shut off and drained pipes myself and since when after a job is completed do they use your 11 year old parts on a new system and now it is the Customer's job to be required to purge the air from the system and told you should have hot water in a half...read full review

Well I need an old broken wall oven disconnected and an old broken stovetop disconnected so I can take them to the transfer station to recycle them in the metal bin. But long story short this place would only do that if I bought an appliance from them. I have yet to even purchase an appliance but already feel pressured by their policy. I have been trying all summer to get an electrician to come help from Canaan to help with no luck. So I am on a waiting list of 3-5 weeks for someone out of town.

So glad we didn’t buy our new Whirlpool top loading washer from a big box store! It was delivered in 3 days, the driver was very personable and professional, and the price was no higher than Home Depot or Lowes. If I ever have issues I know who to call. Tom Grayson, Ancram, NY
