The team at BVC has earned a reputation for exceptional service, earning high praise from clients. The clinic is impeccably clean, and the staff is considerate of the pets and their owners. They explain costs transparently and genuinely care about their patients, which shows in every way. Dr. Trevino and the staff are always kind, loving, and patient with all animals. Clients feel their pets are in very good hands, especially senior animals. The doctors are thorough, take the time to answer questions, and are up-to-date on the latest education, medications, and treatments.
Impeccably clean.
10 year old lab, 12 year old Chihuahua and 6month old cat-- all my animals love it here. Everyone in the office is considerate of the pets and parents. They explain what things cost and they don't try to sell you. They just genuinely care about their patients and it shows in every way.
Dr. Trevino and the staff at BVC are always so kind, loving, and patient with all of my animals. I don't trust anyone else with my fur babies. Even when disaster struck, the care that they gave me while grieving was more than I expected or could ask for.
I was nervous about going to a new practice after our original vet closed. However, after our first appointment at Burlington, I feel like my dog is in very good hands here. Especially, since she is a senior dog now. We did have to wait a while to see the doctor, but when he did come in, we were not rushed at all.
Dr. Esherick is VERY thorough and answered all my questions. And there were a lot. He talked to me for over an hour! (We were the last appointment of the day.) You can tell they genuinely care about animals and are up to date on the latest education, medications and treatments. We're very happy with our new vet!
