Earlier today my car wouldn't start leaving me stranded with two hungry and tired toddlers. Despite efforts of bystanders we called the dealerships service department and they were kind enough to send someone out to see if they could fix the problem instead of making me waiting over an hour for AAA. They fit me right into their schedule and fixed the problem getting me back into my car within an hour. I never thought I'd see the day where I cried over a new battery and an oil change but the service I received was just wonderful and their help meant so much to me. I'll be going back for any future repairs and service needs.

It's for sure a weird time to be car shopping. On top of that, I have discovered that I have a very difficult time spending $ on something that might be considered "discretionary" or for enjoyment only. Recently, my wife and I decided that we were going to purchase Corvette Convertible; something we have wanted for a very long time.We found one at Vachon Chevrolet, a bit higher priced than I would have hoped. I traded emails with JImmy, and he was able to come down on the price a bit. He wasn't overly pushy, or, like a few other places I have dealt with recently, dismissive. I purchased a certified used vehicle from Jim and I couldn't be happier! Jim did a fantastic job leading me to the vehicle that was perfect for me!
