Russ was great. He was able to come right away and remove the water and mold quickly and with as little fuss as possible. He outlined my options and gave accurate cost estimates. Would definitely recommend him.

We called Reliable Remediation after our basement flood twice. We did our best to dry things out, but we knew that we had damage in the finished part of the basement. We called Russ and came right over and gave us a report of what he found with photos. This was amazing due to we were seeing what he was seeing. The price for his work was great. He treated my wife and I like we were his family. He treated the basement and our home as a whole like it was his own. He always was very honest and reliable. Phone calls, text messages he keeps in touch. This company is local and I would recommend them to anyone of my friends or family for any of his work.
