He's an excellent communicator who listens well, asks the right questions and then tells you what he will do and does it. Great with advice for those things you need to know as an owner. He knows that good communication is critical, and that helps to build trust and manage expectations.
We are at nearly the end of our project. Ethan and his team are reliable and easy to work with. Their work is impeccable and I would recommend working with them for any remodeling project. This was my first project and I felt very comfortable to ask any question at any time, and they always did what they said would be done.
