Northeast Radiology provides professional, friendly, and efficient service. The staff is consistently warm and professional from check-in through the exam. The unique MRI machine in Brookfield is extra wide, not fully enclosing, and faster than a typical closed MRI, which is great for those who find the experience daunting. They make patients comfortable, with quick check-ins and no wait times. The experience is highly recommended.
Friendly and professional staff. Tech made me as comfortable as possible, offering blanket and tips for how to make the experience as quick as possible. Check in was friendly and easy and quick. No wait time.
The unique mri machine they have in Brookfield is great for people like me who don’t like to be enclosed. It was extra wide and only part of my body had to be on the tunnel. And it took half the time as a typical closed mri. Totally recommend if you need an mri.
