Did not file my taxes on time when I thought she had. Filed an extension instead. Terrible communication. Catherine hid from me while I was frantically in contact with the IRS trying to understand why they did not have my filed return. She did not return my frantic emails and voicemails for days. Ended up paying penalties and interest to IRS because of her poor communication. DO NOT USE MFL, YOU'LL BE SORRY!

Poor communication, filed an extension though I had all my documents in on her timeline and asked to NOT file an extension. The amount she said would be debited from my account by the IRS was incorrect and I’m still getting new penalties. I would definitely think twice about this service.
