I saw a review written in October of this year and was shocked to read the negativity specifically w/ regard to Naren. I don't usually write reviews but I saw this and it prompted me to tell my experience as I understand everyone has a bad day and the review may have been a result of that. Unfortunately, for the most part people write "reviews" that are complaints...rarely do we hear about the good. I have been receiving PT at Access Physical Therapy &Wellness for the past few months and in particular with Naren who I actually requested for my PT after just one visit. Naren has always been nothing but attentive, patient, understanding and has a great sense of humor! Naren provided a completely non-judgmental space and always listened to me, I absolutely felt understood and supported by him. That being said, my sincere thanks to you, Naren, and all you did to help and teach me how to continue to care for myself. And to the personnel there, everyone in the office is polite, professional and fun to be around. They have always gone out of their way to call to schedule an appt for me that met my needs. Getting a PT appointment anywhere these days is difficult. U need to plan and book ahead. However, this location did their best to fit me in when I had a severe headache although my appt was not until the next day. Nareen can be a little over the top from time to time but I never heard him verbally abuse anyone. I have been going there the last 2 1/2 months, 2x a week. They recently lost one of their therapists. Erica is amazing but you have to book in advance. I have heard discussions that management wants them to double book whenever possible, so that is not the therapists preference! It seems that they are short handed and putting in long hours which can be stressful but I agree there is no need to be snippy. I agree the office staff has always been very nice! KP

I've been going here for therapy after I had a total hip replacement and the care I have received has been excellent . Within 2 weeks I was walking on my own and ready to drive . I am amazed how quickly they were able to literally get me back on my feet ! . I have been working with a few of the therapists and they are all very professional , knowledgeable and caring . If I could rate them higher than 5 , I would .
