Zeke’s Pump Service is outstanding and an exceptional company. Look no further! Our water pump motor stopped working on the weekend. I had called another company, not knowing about Zeke’s yet. That company came out the next morning and proceeded to present us with an outrageous estimate to convert our system and told us that we would be without water for two more days. They also charged us for the emergency call and the evaluation. The next evening, two of my friends told me that they had worked with Zeke’s Pump Service, and they were extremely happy. So, I called the emergency number late on a Sunday evening. Not only did they answer, but it was the owner Craig who took my call. I explained what happened and what the previous company quoted. He said that they could be at our home the next morning and have our water working that day for much less than we were previously quoted. My mother and I were so relieved. Craig arrived the next morning, as he promised, with his team R.J. and Hunter. They evaluated the situation and started the work immediately. They were so respectful, knowledgeable, and very professional. They explained everything that they were doing and did an amazing job. We had water in less than three hours. And they did this for less than a third of the cost that the first company quoted. Craig saved us thousands of dollars! Craig and his team R.J. and Hunter have exemplary work ethics. Zeke s pump service is by far some of the best people I've ever had the pleasure of working with. There is Craig, Hunter and RJ. They were able to repair our problem when everybody else had told us it wasn't possible and saved us 1000's. And Craig was true to his words. They got it done within a day and actually were able to get me water the day that I actually lost my water! They were friendly , respectful, just plain really really nice people. Craig, the owner came to my house the morning after we lost our water( well issue) and after looking at our mess he told me not to worry that he would have things looking up for me and figured out by the end of the day, and again, he was true to his word. And I was a mess, I didn't know what we were going to do without water. So I trusted Craig and I believed him and I am so happy I did ... when you have somebody like Craig that comes along and knows what they're doing and actually wants to help you, and after everyone single other person you spoke to drops a bombshell on you , it gives faith that good people do exist. That there are actually people in the world who genuinely care that your having a nervous breakdown and don't take advantage. In this day and age, it's really hard to trust. Well, let me tell you if you're looking for someone that you can trust when it comes go to Zekes pump service because trust me, you will not go wrong. Zekes pump service none better !
Yesterday afternoon our water stopped working. We called at close to 5 p.m. and Zeke's set up an 8:30 a.m. time to come check it this morning. They came, determined it was an old pressure switch, replaced the switch and we quickly had our water back! Thank you to Zeke's for quick, efficient and reliable service!
