OMG! I'm so happy to have been referred to this location for my eye situation. The staff from the front desk to the back end staff including the doctor that took care of me were very professional and informative as well attentive to my visit. Everyone was pleasant and greeted me with highly important. They were very thorough and extremely helpful in every step of my process through their care. I just have to express my opinion on how wonderful the entire staff is at Starling Eye Center in Bristol. I Always feel welcome and find everyone is compassionate especially Jasmine the surgery coordinator. She always answers all my questions in detail and makes me feel at ease. I always feel good when I leave her office. 😌
There seems to be some real issues with staffing at this location. Between scheduling, new patient data, payment, the communication between the front office and techs was non existent. I am not sure if they have had a massive turnaround, but the result of this was exceptionally long waiting times. everyone in the waiting room had been there over an hour. After a communication error caused me to be overcharged I decided to take my business elsewhere .
