Expensive, two and half hr work, bill with two drain cleaner bottles for future use $901.32 with senior discount, too pricey to use again, but thank you for plumber Carl, and nightmare situation that went from slow kitchen drain with some backup to bthrm water overflow from pipe area, due to connection. Carl remained calm, solved problem and cleaned up well. He said we got lucky. I have old pipes here, and am Blessed everything is intact and working. I'll have to shop around locally for plumber in future due to expense, but know your 24/7 service and polite, communicative people working diligently on my behalf was appreciated. I felt compelled to write this review due to the excellent service we received. Our sewage drain backed up on a Sunday causing quite a mess. I never thought I would get help on a Sunday. Roto Rooter was out within a few hours of this incident. We were immediately assured the problem will be taken care of, including notifying the insurance company. In the course of that afternoon, the drain was cleared. A crew came to immediately begin clean up, after which a camera was in place to inspect the pipe. They came before the scheduled time (which I appreciate) and not only fixed the problem with our AC system but the gentleman was super friendly and gave my mother a senior discount which I nor my mom were expecting! Fast and friendly service should be their moto.
