Quinoco responded by phone within minutes to our no-heat phone request for service for our 40-year-old boiler. Quinoco promised a technician the very morning and he arrived within three hours. We couldn't have been more satisfied with Service Technician David's response, systematically replacing parts and checking/rechecking that all zones were functional without airlocks in the pipes, even hand-testing each zone. His knowledge and professionalism were evident throughout his work, and we cannot recommend David and Quinoco highly enough.

The tech guy showed up as scheduled was polite professional and very knowledgeable and i could not be happier with him or his work and i apologize for at this moment not remembering his name. I would like him for my permanent service person. Thanks

Service was on time and everything was done well for as much as I could see. I was informed what was done and about the condition of my furnace and hot water heater. I was very happy.
