O’Brien’s Funeral home and especially Jay really did an incredible job helping myself and my family through a very difficulty time. Unfortunately no arrangements were ever made or discussed by my Dad and while we were in a state of shock and overwhelmed as the result of the sudden passing of my Dad Jay assisted us through the entire process and all of our ever changing decisions. We had extenuating circumstances that Jay and his staff easily handled and also assisted with both military honors and Ct State Police Honor Guard and motorcycle escorts. The preparation of my Dad, the wake and funeral were everything my Dad would have wanted. Thank you once again to Jay and all of the staff.
