“BBU is a phenomenal service. I think once you learn how to use it you can’t go Back. There’s so many ways to use it. All I have to say is Debbie is amazing her whole team and staff. Whatever you do, just make sure you talk to your rep about what things they offer. I got this umbrella there and it was just a small thing that I wanted, but I was able to do with barter dollars. Thanks again ??”
“Before partnering with IMPACT, we were doing what a lot of companies do: trying to make marketing work on our own. We believed in the principles behind Endless Customers, but believing in something and executing it consistently are two different things. Our efforts were scattered, and we knew we needed more than another book or webinar — we needed someone in the trenches with us.
That's exactly what we've gotten. From day one, IMPACT's coaches have been incredibly hands-on and intentional. Nothing about the experience has felt theoretical or canned. They don't hand us fluff work or busy assignments to check a box — everything they've asked us to do has been practical, specific to our business, and clearly tied to a purpose. There's a real difference between a coach who talks about what works and one who rolls up their sleeves and shows you, and we've experienced the latter.
We're still early in our journey, so we can't point to year-over-year numbers yet — but what we can say is that we finally have structure, clear direction, and confidence that we're building on the right foundation. We're genuinely excited about where this partnership is headed.
If you're considering IMPACT, our experience so far is simple: they coach the way you'd want to be coached — practical, engaged, and focused on what actually moves the needle.”
“If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would!!
Ruan, the founder of Develomark, came highly recommended when I mentioned that we needed help strengthening our social media presence, SEO, and overall online visibility — and WOW, what an incredible referral that turned out to be!
From the very beginning, Ruan and his team have been dynamic, responsive, creative, thoughtful, flexible… and just genuinely FUN to work with. They truly take the time to understand your business and then bring ideas to the table that make you think, “YES — that is exactly what we were trying to say!”. And if I want to tweak something - they jump right in, make the suggested changes and make everything so easy!
They did such an amazing job on our first company that we didn’t hesitate for a second to bring them on to support our second company as well — and once again, they exceeded every expectation.
I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Develomark. The entire experience has been seamless, productive, energizing, and honestly just a pleasure from start to finish. We are so excited to continue working together and look forward to a long-term relationship with Ruan and his fantastic team!
Highly, highly recommend!
Great meeting of the minds.”
