Tim and team did a fantastic job with our home project. The job included a full renovation of an unfinished bonus room above the garage, installing new flooring in the bedroom attached to the bonus room, and sheet rocking the entire garage. There were lots of hurdles to overcome with the Town in order to obtain permits for the project. In the end, Byrd’s Contracting came through for us. We would not have wanted to go through this process without Tim.
Byrd's Contracting redid the windows with new trim and also installed a sliding door in the bedroom, and the process was smooth and professional from start to finish. The quality of the work really stands out — everything looks clean, tight, and professionally finished. The trim work especially made a huge difference and gave the windows a polished look. We began working with Tim Byrd in 2022. We initially started with new tile floors in two rooms, a large window replacement and an outside door replacement. All were completed professionally, on time, and we were more than satisfied with the quality of the work.
In 2023 we decided to completely renovate two bathrooms and we hired Byrd again. Once again, the work was completed professionally, on time and exceeded our expectations.
