I called to schedule an appointment for the first time and Kim answer and told me I could come right in. She was so friendly and did a terrific job fixing my nails that I was not happy with because the place I had gone to botched them up. I will definitely be going back to get my nails done here. The salon service was great, but we had an experience with a guy that was extremely rude. We wanted a pedicure and my daughter did not want to take off the color, he began mumbling and laughing saying that it was weird and never saw it before, we thought this was extremely disrespectful. He also had a very offsetting body odor. The salon itself was great, but this employee should be reconsidered. It’s not welcoming when we walk in and our service is speaking a different language around us. I am a regular customer, but I would not like this employee to service me.
This was my first time at this nail salon. I am not sure how long this nail salon has been open. I grew up in Bristol and now live in West Hartford. This salon gave us West Hartford vibes and I will come here again with my mom! I had a great experience! All the staff members are really friendly and nice! Today I got a pedicure done and my eyebrows waxed.
