I contacted Standard Oil at 8am for no hot water. The technician was at our house by 9am and the furance repaired by 10am. I am extremely satisfied with their response, professionalism and friendly support!

The technician, Steven T, did an excellent job with my heating tune-up yesterday. He was highly professional from start to finish—calling ahead to let me know he was on his way, thoroughly cleaning the furnace, replacing necessary parts, and leaving the area spotless. He also took the time to clearly explain everything he did. I really appreciated his work.
