Pat is a long time shoe repair business. I take my shoes there and he does a good job for a reasonable price. The reality is that it depends what you bring. For shoes he does a great job and is reasonable I paid double at other places for the same work. So I am happy with his work but it boils down to the repair and the item he is repairing. The other shoe repair is on main street and he has charged me more than Pat for similar work as well as the shoe repair in Southport.$$$. so you just have to decide what to bring him and what to bring to someone else.

If you need it done right come here. A little out the way on a mostly residential street but it's worth it to come out.plus he has a cute cat that stayed in the store.parking can be a pain certain days but other then that no issues

Skilled, honest and friendly. I need a raised heel and a brace/ buttress on the outside of my right shoes. Mike has now done 4 pair for me... all perfectly. He's a magician. He comes recommended by Hanger Clinic (Prosthetics & Orthotics), shoe stores and people from all over the country send him shoes for repair and modification. He also has the friendliest cat in all of Bridgeport! I recommend him highly!
