Sal has been a Godsend! I have an older commercial property with multiple problems that creep up from time to time. Every time I call him he is responsive, even more important he always finds the problem and solves it. He is thorough and communicates about the problem and solutions. Everything he has fixed is holding strong!

This morning I called Sal in a panic that the shingles around my chimney had blown off in the storm last night and the roof was leaking. Sal picked up the phone right away and told me he would be here at noon today. The same day ! Boy oh Boy was I relieved ! Well it turns out the chimney was fine. BUT - I had recently had my house re-sided and the contractor had taken the nails out of the siding all around the edge of the roof where the Fascia is and NOT put the nails back. The tiles were just loose. You can't make this stuff up. Sal explained this to me showed me how the tiles were just hanging there and got to work nailing them down all across the edge.
