I was stuck in a really bad situation and honestly stressed out, but 123 Mobile Lock completely saved the day. Their response time was incredibly fast — they showed up when they said they would and got right to work without wasting a second.
The technician’s customer service was truly amazing. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, calm, knowledgeable, and reassuring. He took the time to explain everything clearly, treated me with respect, and made sure the job was done right the first time. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in his work.

Chris was an amazing professional. He was a great sport and managed to get us into the car fast and at a price that cant be beat. He was verry communicative and fast in his response. If I ever need help again they will be the first ones I call.
This was my first time meeting Chris. He was not just on time but early, professional, kind and knowledgeable. He went above & beyond the requirements of the job, followed through on everything he promised over the phone once we met in person and charged me $30 LESS then the LOWEST point in the price range estimate he initially provided.
It took him less than 10 min to complete a job that would otherwise require a 6 to 8 hour window at the dealerships & he charged me 340% LESS than what the dealership wanted from me for the SAME JOB.
