Yamilette & Steven were so unbelievably helpful. I expected to come in and shop for frames - what I was met with was individualized and personal, professional, courteous service - above and beyond what I was anticipating. My glasses are perfect and they made sure to get me the maximum discounts available. Highly recommend!!!!!
I came into this vision center frustrated at my insurance for an issue that was difficult to solve. The store was very busy but I was greeted by Steven who referred me to another female optometrist (did not catch her name). This optometrist could not assist me and responded with unhelpful answers. She told me I would have to come back another time. She could not provide me with a time or different day. She responded each of my questions with a simple “I don’t know.” I had an issue with my insurance company that provided me with information and instructions but the woman seemed to not only be unknowledgeable but she was disinterested and uncaring.

My son got glasses from Walmart Vision Center three months ago and they broke. We went to the vision center and got the pleasure of dealing with Erin (Licensed Optician in the Branford Ct Store). Erin was so pleasant and very knowledgeable and empathetic. She took care of us right away and got my son a brand new pair of glasses ordered and the process went so smoothly. I do believe that the reason it went so smoothly is due to Erin. We picked up his glasses today, 7 days later, and to our surprise Erin was there again and was still so efficient and pleasant to deal with.
