If you are looking for a good, fairly priced plumber, Bill Cole is the person you should hire. I purchased a condo and when I closed on the unit, I discovered I had two bad toilets. I call Bill in the afternoon and he was at my condo by 7:30 AM the next day. That was the time he told me he would be out. He rebuilt both toilets, reseated one. He was at my place about 2 1/2 hours and he only charged me $250 and that included parts. This is the person that I am going to use on any future plumbing projects.
