The Branford, CT office: I have no problem with the crew of Carlos, Vinny and Mike. They were prompt, professional and if I had a question, they would explain what they were doing in great detail. There a few more areas of the rebuild that need to be finished and restored but they were definitely 5-STARS all the way. I wouldn't hesitate at all in referring them to anyone I know. Ooops! Even Sue who was the main contact person was exact and on top of her game and Ray was quick with his explanation of the job estimates and the work that was necessary. In a time when you can call 10 contractors and have one legitimate response, Branford ServiceMaster was top shelf!
