Qwik Wash Laundromat is a popular choice among locals for its reliable and affordable laundry services. The family-owned business has been a go-to spot for many in the community for years, known for its friendly staff and well-maintained facilities.
One of the standout features of Qwik Wash is the personalized attention provided by the employees, particularly MaryJane, who is praised for her exceptional care in handling customers' clothes. Customers appreciate how she ensures their items, including delicate items like scrubs, are washed and folded to their exact specifications, preventing any damage.
While the laundromat may not offer free drying like some of its competitors, it provides a convenient card-based system that allows customers to manage their drying credits. The machines are reported to be in good working condition, with the only minor complaint being the limited time allotted per quarter.
Overall, Qwik Wash Laundromat is a reliable and welcoming establishment that prioritizes customer satisfaction. Customers commend the reasonable prices and the staff's dedication to delivering high-quality service, making it a preferred choice for the community's laundry needs.
We just went here for the first time. We were so pleased with the service and the cleanliness of this laundromat. Patty & Danielle were wonderful and so helpful to my brother. We will definitely use them again for these services. The clothes came out great and the service given us was second to none. Thank you Patty and Danielle for your help during a very trying time. JOE
Qwik wash is spacious with lots of options on washers and dryers. The attendant was so friendly. Being a traveling family, it's nice to show up at a place and feel so welcomed!!! I'd recommend.
My goto laundromat for washing my work clothes and my linens. Love the environment & the workers /owners. One flaw which is they need to implement free drying, most laundromats in the New Haven have free drying with purchase of washing. They give you a few allotted drying credits since they use a card system. You'd think a laundry in Branford would have upgraded with the times but nope but either way still a nice mom and pop laundry mat.
If stuff left in the clothes and you drop them to be washes it's always been returned even if money. Atleast in me and my father's case. But I recommend this spot just wish they would get card reader machines that you get free drying… read full review
